Job Details: The General Manager is responsible for the successful operation of the restaurant according to the policies, procedures, and goals of the company. Under the support of the OEB Operations Team, the GM is responsible for managing all aspects related to human resources, food and beverage sales, public relations, product quality and control, administration, and shift management.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and expertise for all front and back of house staff and operations, ensuring excellence in hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Manage shifts which includes scheduling and planning while ensuring consistency in the delivery of high-quality food and hospitality
• Manage human resources which includes hiring, conducting orientations and ongoing employee performance development and management
• Ensure general maintenance, cleanliness and compliance with licensing and health & hygiene regulations
• Perform financial and personnel related administrative duties utilizing including payroll software, preparing labour projections and tracking inventory
• Positively impact sales and profitability through monitoring and continuous improvement processes

• Administrative – knowledge of financial statements and ability to complete tasks accurately and on time
• Organization – high level of organization and execution of OEB systems and policies

• Adaptability and strong work ethic

Experience: Previous restaurant management experience in a full-service restaurant is strongly encouraged

Wage: Full-time salaried position with benefits
Hours: Store operating hours are 7:30am to 3pm daily. Must have the ability to work early mornings and weekends. No evenings required.
