TRAVEL EXPENSES
OEB Head Office will cover the following expenses. Franchise owners are responsible for their own travel and lodging, as well as those of their Head Chef.

General Managers: OEB Head Office will book your room (2 nights - Sept 8-10) using the details you provide in the event registration form.
Franchise owners & Head Chefs: Head Office will book your room (2 nights - Sept 8-10) using the details you provide in the event registration form. Hotel invoices will be billed back to your store following the event.
FLIGHTS
General Managers:
- Flights must be booked a minimum of four (4) weeks in advance to qualify for reimbursement or coverage
- Airfare coverage applies to standard economy class flights only
- Seat upgrades, premium fares, and fare differences are the responsibility of the attendee/store
- OEB reserves the right to approve or decline airfare that falls outside reasonable market rates
OEB will not be covering the cost of flights for Franchise Owners, Operators, and Head Chefs.
