All orders must be paid by valid credit card. Discounts apply at time of payment. Orders ship within 5 business days. Gift cards are redeemable at all participating OEB locations. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Discounted gift card purchases are not eligible for gift card promotions. All gift cards are treated as cash; therefore, OEB Breakfast Co. is not responsible for any unauthorized use, or lost or stolen cards. If you lose your Gift Card, please contact [email protected] for assistance in canceling your card. Gift cards come pre-activated and are ready to use as soon as they are delivered.

Lost or stolen physical gift cards can’t be reissued or refunded. Please store your card safely, as it functions like cash.

Is my e-gift card order secure?

Yes. All e‑gift card orders are processed through a secure, encrypted payment system to protect your information.

I didn’t receive my e-gift card email, what should I do?

If you don’t see your e‑gift card, check your spam or junk folder. If it’s still missing, contact our support team at [email protected] with your order details and we’ll be happy to help.
