The undersigned acknowledges and agrees that this application is submitted without any obligation on the part of OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company or its affiliates, and that any misrepresentation, whether intentional or unintentional, in the information submitted by the undersigned in this application form or otherwise in connection with this application shall be grounds for immediate termination of any franchise agreement that may be entered into between OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company and the undersigned.
The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that the receipt, investigation and processing of this application by OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company shall entail no commitment or liability whatsoever on the part of OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company, its affiliates, its employees, shareholders, directors, officers or agents.
The undersigned further acknowledges and agrees that OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company will have the right, exercisable in its sole and unfettered discretion, to approve or reject the undersigned's franchise application, and that OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company will not enter into any discussion or correspondence regarding its decision to reject any applicant.
The undersigned consents to the collection, use and disclosure by OEB Breakfast Co. Inc. Company, its affiliates and third party service providers of the information provided herein for the following purposes:
