Brown butter hollandaise is our take on a classic brunch staple. Traditional hollandaise is made with butter, egg yolks, and lemon, while brown butter hollandaise uses butter that has been slowly cooked until it develops a rich, nutty flavour. The result is a deeper, more savoury sauce that adds extra richness to brunch favourites like eggs benedict.
Sourcing high-quality ingredients and partnering with local producers whenever possible brings us so much joy! From farm-fresh eggs and produce to artisan ingredients and Canadian maple syrup, we believe great food starts with great sourcing.
